As it is pretty clear that the first Kanye West x adidas release is approaching, it is time to look at everything we know so far.
Adidas has launched a US-only app called "Confirmed" which allows you to reserve sneakers at a near-by store from your phone.
As for now, users must be located in New York City to be able to participate in product releases.
Simon Atkins, the company's VP of Brand Activation, admitted that the app is being promoted in conjunction with the Kanye West x adidas collection which will include footwear and clothing.

Rahmon Ehlen, menswear buyer at Antwerp based store Renaissance, set the blogs ablaze by sharing an instagram post showing what seemed to be an invitation to the Kanye West for adidas collection launch at New York Fashion Week. This was later confirmed to be happening on February 12, 2015.
I can only imagine - KNOTORYUS has been there, RIP KanyeUniversecity.com- the PR-shitstorm Ehlen's post caused. It has been taken down.
Kanye West recently discussed the adidas collaboration on "Ellen" saying previous attempts at working with other brands and designers were suffocating and how he loves the creative freedom he's getting from the German brand.

And even though, Yeezy's non-US based fans are already mourning this initial app release that is beyond their reach until further notice, KNOTORYUS' own sources are hinting at a broader Kanye West x adidas Consortium release.
We will keep you updated.
So while you are waiting, count on the Hypebeast commenters to keep you entertained.
