The Most podcast - Episode 50: Karina Zharmukhambetova

On the 50th (!) episode of The Most, tune in as model, fashion entrepreneur and youth service program developer Karina Zharmukhambetova connects the dots of her journey so far with your host Dominique Nzeyimana.

Karina co-runs archival designer and vintage store & platform ‘STOF’ with Maude Van Dievoet (Episode 49’s guest). As a model, she’s worked with the top tier, including Y/Project and ALAÏA and landed the cover of ELLE.

Karina takes us from her tight-knit family unit in Almaty, Kazakhstan, to finding her footing in Belgium as a multifaceted creative working her way into a healthy, confident balance and approach to life and career. She shares her story co-creating STOF during the pandemic, her thoughts on how the modelling world can be improved and how she pushed through rejection to land her dream agency and gigs, while keeping a critical eye on the industry. That and so much more!
